Close the deal with luxurious eats at Ocean Prime. For a luncheon that is sure to wow, order up the utterly delicious “Smoking” Shellfish Tower, served with East and West Coast oysters, juicy jumbo shrimp, succulent lobster, and meaty King Crab Legs with accouterments. With always fresh offerings including the Tuna Tartare and Blackened Colorado Bass, Ocean Prime is sure to satisfy your seafood fix.

2. The Palm {1672 Lawrence Street, Denver;  303.825.7256}

At 20 years old, The Palm is looking better than ever. The dining staple recently unveiled a new look this year, including new booths and a gorgeous mural of the Mile High. Plus with an open layout, a full 50 seater bar, and three private dining spaces the only issue will be choosing where to rest your feet. Speaking of choice, The Palm makes it simple, offering a three-course business lunch which includes a starter, an entrée—we recommend the Ancho Chili and Espresso Rubbed New York Strip—and dessert for only $26.

3. 801 Chophouse

The newest steakhouse to hit Cherry Creek, 801 Chophouse offers the finest USDA prime steaks sure to please any client. Of course, you can order the divine Filet Mignon and the juicy Jumbo Lump Crab Cake but to keep it light, the chophouse offers a ‘Fresh Sheet’ of offerings ranging from Chilean Seabass to Skuna Bay Salmon. All of this plus a special ‘3 Martini Lunch’ cocktail list, we say a cheers is in order.

4. Departure {249 Columbine Street, Denver; 720.772.5020}

Ever since Departure arrived in Cherry Creek area this past August, we’ve frequented this hip spot just to get a taste of Gregory Gourdet’s interpretation of modern Asian cuisine. With the launch of a new lunch menu, stopping by is a must. Of course, we loved the divine Spicy Miso Ramen with meaty slices of pork belly simmering in a toasted chili broth but the juicy Wagyu Bulgogi Burger topped with a fried egg truly sealed the deal.

Elway’s {1881 Curtis Street, Denver;  303.312.3107; 2500 East 1st Avenue #101, Denver; 303.399.5353}

Of course, we couldn’t forget about the Colorado staple that is Elway’s. Whether you find yourself at the Cherry Creek location or at the downtown spot, nestled inside The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, expect the best from this upscale concept. The lunch menu offers a variety of options from the classic New York  Strip Steak to the Craft Raised Salmon or opt to keep it casual with John Elway’s Favorite Burger served with seven-ounces of Wagyu beef, smoked gouda, bacon, over-easy egg, and shoestring potatoes.
