Ramen Mafia—a group dedicated to spreading the love of ramen one pop-up at a time—announced their Easter brunch event at Bellwether {5126 East Colfax Avenue, Denver; 720.398.9251}. Tickets for this one-time event (offered at 10:00am, 11:00am, and 12:00pm) are $25 and the menu includes vegan broth, chashu ham or tofu, dyed-marinated eggs, and mochi waffles, plus a coffee from Queen City Roasters and a cocktail from Bellwether. Easter brunch at Ocean Prime {1465 Larimer Street, Denver; 303.825.3663} is no joke and their special holiday menu is sure to please—we’d recommend starting with a Blood Orange Mimosa, nibbling on a Blackened Salmon Salad, and finishing with a Braised Short Rib Surf and Turf, which features a crispy gouda potato cake, lobster claw, poached egg, and hollandaise.

That means you have all day to enjoy their $20 Bottomless Bar Car Brunch, which includes their extensive White Russian and Bloody Mary bars. And their classic menu will be staying the same, which we’re stoked about—any holiday where we can have Chicken and Waffles is a total win.

Order their $15 Bottomless Local Liquid Bar where you can select a spirit and build your own cocktails—including Bloody Mary’s and even tequila sunrise—then select from their À La Carte Brunch menu to build your breakfast, your way. Benedict, Banana Bread French Toast, Duck Confit Enchiladas, and Smoked Pork Huevos Rancheros are all on the list.
