We’re excited to announce a new project here at DiningOut Denver/Boulder: DiningOut’s The List with Lori Midson.
We know, we know—you’ve seen lists of the top tacos and the best burgers. But we’re compiling the list to end all lists and it’s going to take us a full year. Here are the ground rules of The List:
- We will post two lists every week of the best all things culinary in Denver or Boulder
- We’re going to get specific—like “Best Sushi Happy Hour” and “Best Neapolitan Pizza”
- Lists won’t be limited to just restaurants. Our lists will run the culinary gamut, from beer caves and candy shops to cooking stores.
- After 52 weeks, we’ll have a master short list of the flat-out bests Denver and Boulder have to offer!
Lori Midson, the Listmaker, is the person for this job, and knows the food scene like no other. She’s covered the Colorado culinary scene extensively for Westword and Denver Life magazine and national print and online titles, including Zagat, The Guardian, Foodnetwork.com, and Tastingtable.com. She even recently appeared in a pilot on Bravo TV’s new “Off the Menu” series.
Look for the first list online on July 5 (and in our newsletter In the Mix that week) and then satisfy your list cravings twice a week, every week for a year.
